Eclipse repository for the Elastic COBOL product from Heirloom Computing
in "update site" format (site.xml and features & plugins subdirectory)

From Eclipse, add the site update configuration. 
    1) Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Automatic Software Updates
    2) Add
        Name: Elastic COBOL
        Location: http://elasticcobol.com/downloads/updates
        OK
    3) Help > Check For Updates

After the update is complete, Eclipse will restart. We suggest that you 
perform a "Project > Clean > Clean all projects" for each of your workspaces.
