This interface extends the ICallableProgram interface adding a few methods internal to the generated Java code.

run

void run(int setCurrentThread,
         int entryPoint)
  throws java.lang.Throwable

Run a particular entry point within a program

Parameters:

setCurrentThread - the set current thread info

entryPoint - set the entrypoint

Throws:

java.lang.Throwable - upon error

perform

void perform(int begin,
             int end)
      throws java.lang.Throwable

Perform from one paragraph to another.

Parameters:

begin - the set current thread info

end - set the entrypoint

Throws:

java.lang.Throwable - upon error

setup

com.heirloomcomputing.ecs.exec.Context setup(com.heirloomcomputing.ecs.exec.Context _passContext)

Setup the execution context containing information such as shared or separate data division sections, SQL connections, etc. Invoke Setup() if you will be instantiating a Java-generated COBOL program from a native Java program and invoking methods (paragraphs or sections) within it, the "business rules extraction" facility.

Parameters:

_passContext - null upon first call or single user or single session environment.

Returns:

the established Context for this program
